We both work for The Police Dependants’ Trust and ran the New York Marathon 2006 to raise funds and awareness of the Trust.

We used the ‘Get You Round’ Schedule from http://www.runnersworld.co.uk and now......we just can’t stop running and entering races.

We’ve since used a sub 4:30 schedule for the Paris Marathon 2007.

Currently taking it easier with 10k, half-marathons, and the Bananaman Chase before starting training for a Marathon in 2008.
