CORE training (meant to be pilates and the like but we consider it to be what you can amazingly shovel in and still count your ribs.)
Eating log - or what the Kenyans just don't know what they're talking about…..

Heather - M&S Madeira Cake (has resulted in PB the following day)
Sue - wine en route in the Paris Marathon (82 ° ) (courtesy of the Medoc Marathon support stand) for a 5:36 PB
On a daily basis (Heather):
Breakfast - 7am
Lunch no 1 - 9.30am
Lunch no 2 - 11.30
Snacks until 3pm (have been known/witnessed to actually eat a banana/nuts/yoghurt rather than 10ton of biscuits)
Cereal - 3pm
Run!
Dinner
Supper
& finally during increasing long runs in marathon training - getting up in the night to eat.
